How it works
Apply to Join
The PCC is open to Pakistani creatives working in film, music, fashion, art, and media, wherever you're based. The application takes about 10–15 minutes and covers your background, creative work, experience, rates, skills, and the kinds of collaborators you're hoping to meet.
Every application is reviewed individually, and because the directory is curated, not every application will be accepted. Creating a profile is free and always will be.
Get Connected
Pakistani creatives are doing incredible work around the world, but there has never been a place to find one another. The PCC brings that community together by strengthening our collective digital footprint.
Once your profile is approved, it becomes part of a directory where creatives across all mediums can discover Pakistani creatives for jobs, commissions, and collaborations. Anyone can browse basic profiles. Search filters, full profiles, community dashboard access, and connection requests are available through a paid subscription of $7.99 per month / $80 per year.
Collaborate and Create
Profiles are designed to help people find the right collaborators based on their work, experience, and interests. Whether someone is building a crew, hiring an editor, or looking for a designer, they can search across disciplines instead of relying on personal networks.
The PCC also highlights members through ongoing features and promotional opportunities.
Privacy & Security
Your email address and phone number are never made public, and members can't contact each other directly through the platform.
Connection requests are sent through Aneesa Talks first, and you choose whether to respond. You can update or remove your profile at any time.
Applications are reviewed with the safety of the community in mind. Credible reports of misconduct may result in a profile being removed from the directory.

Members are categorized based on professional experience, project count, and achievements — here's how to identify your level.
Emerging Creative
0–2 years · 1–3 projects
- •Student work, thesis projects, or early creative experiments

- •Building a foundational portfolio
Developing Professional
2–4 years · 4–8 projects
Meet 3 of 4 criteria:
- •Has completed paid creative projects
- •Has participated in recognized showcases, exhibitions, publications, or industry events
- •Can provide 2+ professional references
- •Works independently with minimal supervision
Established Creative
4–7 years · 10+ projects
Meet 3 of 4 criteria:
- •A significant portion of income comes from creative work
- •Has recognized credits, features, exhibitions, publications, or awards
- •Has developed a consistent professional portfolio
- •Has repeat clients, collaborators, or industry relationships
Accomplished Professional
7–12 years · 15+ projects
Meet 2 of 3 criteria:
- •Has received major recognition, awards, or industry acknowledgements
- •Has led large-scale projects or worked with established organizations/brands
- •Has a strong professional reputation within their field
Veteran / Master Creative
12+ years · 20+ projects
Meet 3 of 4 criteria:
- •Recognized nationally or internationally within their field
- •Has received significant awards, honors, or career recognition
- •Has built an extensive body of influential work
- •Actively mentors, leads, or contributes to the creative community

Every creative is listed in the database for free. Seeing full profiles and contacting creatives requires a membership.

Why Become a Member?
Joining the Pakistani Creative Collective is free, and it always will be. A membership gives you access to the platform's full features, including advanced search, community dashboard access, full profiles, and connection requests.
Membership fees cover the cost of running the platform, reviewing applications, and managing connection requests so members' contact information stays private. Keeping the directory active and up to date takes ongoing work, and memberships make that possible.
This month's spotlight — what a member profile looks like
Aneesa Khan

Director · Writer · Producer
Aneesa Khan is a Pakistani-American filmmaker, producer, and writer who has worked in film and television since age 15. A Northwestern University alumna, she has held roles at HUM TV, Blumhouse Productions, and Women in Entertainment, working across Pakistan, Qatar, Canada, the UK, and the US. Her debut film, The Girl With Anklets, won Best Cinematography at the Pakistani Film Festival Australia 2021. She went on to write, direct, and produce Criteria Kya Hai?, which screened at ten festivals in 2024, and served as associate producer on Mirrors, starring Deepti Gupta (The Pitt) and Academy Award nominee Paul Raci (Sound of Metal). In 2025, she founded Aneesa Talks, a film and media consulting company, and is currently producing her first feature, The Hermit. Her work is dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices and building production environments where creative teams feel safe, respected, and represented.
